This all depends on the length and severity of your condition, however, most first visits may last as much as 30 minutes. Follow-up visits are much less, often as little as 5-10 minutes.
At the end of your first visit, your chiropractor will create a personalised treatment plan based on your specific condition and health goals. The frequency of your chiropractic sessions will be determined by your chiropractor, varying from person to person depending on their unique needs.
